The buildings are rated as “A” rank under a combination of evaluations by Kanagawa Prefecture and “CASBEE®” (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency). These newest building are not only environmentally friendly, but are also designed with indoor comfort and scenery in mind.

Solar power

Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the rooftops to provide power to the buildings daily to reduce running costs.
The facility is also equipped with a storage battery system to ensure lifelines and student safety in the event of a disaster.
